Pan Fried Chilli Fish


INGREDIENTS
Fish fillet (Basa/any other fillet) - 300 gms
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - as required
Pepper powder - 2 table spoon
Oil as required
Garlic - 10 pods

Onion rings - 1/4 cup
Chilli powder - 2 tea spoon
Honey/any sweetner - 3 table spoon
Soya sauce - 2 tea spoon

Preparation:
Step 1 - Marinate Fish fillet with salt, Pepper for 30 mins.
              Do not rest for longer
Step 2 - Heat oil in a pan
Step 3 - Dip the fillets in all purpose flour generously and shallow fry in oil
Step 4 - Heat oil in a kadai and fry Garlic pods, Spring onions
Step 5 - Add Soya sauce, Honey/ any other sweetness, Chilli powder and salt according to taste.
Step 6- Once the sauce is ready, place the fried fishes into it and leave it for 30 mins before consuming. 

Note :

WE used Basa fillet in this recipe.
