Cooking time - 45 mins
Maida- 1 1/4 cups
Butter- 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tbs
Curd - 2tbs thick
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tbs for dough
Sugar - 1 cup for syrup
Water - 1 cup for syrup
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Step1 - Mix softened butter, oil, curd, sugar, baking soda one by one.
Step 2- Add maida and fold it gently and rest it for 5 mins
Step 3 - Make sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and cook till one string consistency.
Step 4 -Make small balls and shape it as Badusha.
Step 5 - Fry then in low flame
Step 6 - Drop them in sugar syrup and soak for 5 mins.
Note- Fry the Badusha in low flame.
Thick curd yields better result
