Onion pakodi

• 6 Onions 
• 1 tsp Chilli powder  
• 2 Cups besan
• 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste 
• 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
• A pinch baking soda 
• Salt to taste 
• Oil for frying

1)Thinly slice the onions.
2)Add the chilli powder, besan, ginger garlic paste,coriander seeds.
3)Mix well to make batter. Avoid using excess water.
4)Take a small portion of the mix at a time and drop it in hot oil.
5)Fry till golden brown.

Serve with chutney or ketchup.
