This is sunday snack from my mom's kitchen....
All of her recipes are very very delicious and yummy...
I have learnt most of my recipes from my mom..
. Green Chillies 6 no's
. Besan flour 1 cup
. Eating soda a pinch
. Jerra 1 spoon
. Tamarind pulp 2 spoons
. Salt to taste
. Oil for deep frying
Grind jeera, tamarind pulp and salt to make thick paste.
1) Slit mirchi vertically and remove seeds and fill with above paste.
2) Prepare loose batter with besan flour and add eating soda and salt for taste.
3) Dip the stuffed mirchi in to the batter.
4) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Mirchi Bajji’s till they turn golden brown in color.
Serve with Chopped onions...
Hot Hot bajjilu are ready to eat!!!
