Fish Tikka


- 500 gms of any fish pieses of any type
- Oil to fry fish
- 2 spoons garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 spoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
- 1 onion, chopped in circles
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder

1) Mix ginger garlic paste, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and
apply it to fish pieces .
2) Refregerate for 1 hour .
3) Heat oil in a pan and fry fish pieces till golden .
4) Serve fish with chopped oninons .
